About Process Therapy
Process therapy is a holistic and experience-based approach to psychotherapy that acknowledges the profound interconnection between body, mind, heart, and spirit.
Process Therapy draws on several therapeutic modalities including Gestalt, Psychosynthesis, Cognitive/Behavioral Therapy, and Jungian-based Depth Psychology.
An underlying premise of Process Therapy is that we are self-healing organisms, and that each one of us has, at the center of our true selves, everything necessary for healing and personal fulfillment.
